Coronavirus Information Service

The Government has launched a free GOV.UK Coronavirus Information Service on WhatsApp, to provide rapid access to official, trustworthy and timely information and combat the spread of misinformation about COVID-19. Using the App will reduce pressure on NHS services and help people to stay home, protect the NHS and save lives.

Signing up is easy. Simply add 07860 064422 in your phone contacts and then message the word 'hi' in a WhatsApp message to get started.

Public information resources with advice from Public Health England to help people protect themselves and others are available from Public Health England campaign resource centre.
