Cancel or reschedule your appointment

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before your treatment date, after this no changes can be made to your appointment. 

When you booked your appointment you were given an appointment reference (it will look like this: 3423-7867-5376-9531) and if you provided us with an email address we also emailed you this information.

You will need your appointment reference number to use our online form to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

If you do not have your appointment reference number please contact City and Neighbourhood team who may be able to assist you.

Please note, if you cancel your appointment you will not then be able to reschedule it for a later date. If you wish to report further pests you will need to fill in a new Pest Control - Report a pest form.
