15 day course is delivered from 9.30 until 14:30 travel expenses will be reimbursed   

Aim  

This qualification is suitable for learners who are looking to enter, or progress within employment in Hospitality Retail or Leisure sectors and want to develop knowledge and understanding of detailed customer service skills.
