Since the start of the pandemic we have all had our own worries and ways of coping and we'd love to hear about your tips for coping during COVID.
This week Claire Kennedy, Communications Executive for Neighbourhoods, shares a book she has used with her children called 'Everybody Worries.'
Claire said: "Whilst there is a lot of focus on peoples own mental health I believe some of this worry is stemming from how we help our children through these uncertain times. I have found this book really helpful to explain to my them what is happening." You can read the book a the link below:
