Registration of deaths

Medical Certificates are emailed to Registration Services from the Medical Examiner.

Appointments should only be booked once the family have received a phone call from the Medical Examiner stating the paperwork has been forwarded to the Registrar.

All appointments are face to face at City Hall without exception.
