This 6-week course prepares learners with the skills, knowledge and understanding of how to live on a budget. This course helps learners to manage their money, focusing on aspects of essential spend and non-essential spending. Within this course learners will consider budgeting, investigate ways to cut costs, prepare for returning to work, emergency borrowing and loans. Leaners will also look at the impact financial difficulties can have on an individual's mental health how to support financial resilience. The course aims to encourage independence to access more opportunities for sustainable living. | |
