Learn, try, taste and enjoy. This course offers a 'taster' for those who are wanting to learn more about basic cooking, particularly using air fryers. The course is an ideal opportunity to learn together how to cook basic recipes (savoury and sweet) whilst adhering to food safety requirements. Also to meet with others to share experiences and develop confidence to repeat these at home. All of the activities offer the opportunities and practical experiences that will support personal development, improve independence and well-being, tackle loneliness and isolation. This course can be undertaken prior to our Hospitality course and before moving onto food safety and hygiene qualifications - an ideal grounding for jobs in the hospitality industry. 2 days - 9.30am - 3.00pm. | |
