This course equips learners with practical life skills including budgeting, planning, communication, digital literacy, and self-reflection.  

Learners will be guided and supported to:

• Create a basic life plan aligned with a personal goal
• Build a personal budget and financial plan
• Use digital tools for time and task management
• Produce a short written piece (CV or cover letter)
• Reflect on and identify key soft skills
