National Energy Action have released a new contact number for help and advice 0800 1388 218.

If you are clinically extremely vulnerable you can be added to your energy supplier's Priority Service Register. For information about how to be added to the register and the additional services your supplier can provide you, please visit Ofgem's website.

Make your home more energy efficient and reduce your bills by:

  • insulating your loft and cavity walls
  • draught-proofing windows and doors
  • upgrading your boiler
  • installing double glazing
  • using alternative sources of energy, such as solar power

You can also find out if you're eligible for a home energy grant to help pay for things like loft and cavity wall insulation.

Water rates

You may be entitled to some help depending on your income: or call 0345 717 1100. This could include reducing or capping your water charges.
