Hypnotism in Sunderland

You must have authorisation from the Local Authority if you wish to show, demonstrate or perform a hypnotism act in public.  

You must also comply with any conditions that are attached to an authorisation.  

There is no fee for a hypnotism licence, the premises at which the hypnotism will take place must hold a premises licence, or a club premises certificate  

Tacit consent will apply in this instance. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from the local authority by the end of the target completion period  

How to apply  

To apply for a hypnotism licence, complete the online application form, your application must be submitted with a valid public liability insurance certificate.
