Authorised Testing Facility (ATF)

In summer 2026, our newly built Authorised Testing Facility (ATF) lane at our Parsons site in Washington will open. It will be available for operators to get their Heavy Goods Vehicle (such as bin trucks and trailers), and Public Service Vehicles (such as buses and coaches), tested by a professional DVSA MOT tester.

Our DVSA approved facility and equipment is designed to provide efficient and reliable vehicle testing with minimal vehicle downtime.

The modern facility also provides a comfortable, air-conditioned waiting room for drivers.

HGV 2 axle:
Test fee = £52.48 + VAT
Pit fee = £50 
Total = £102.48 + VAT

HGV 3 axle:
Test fee = £74.48 + VAT
Pit fee = £50
Total = £124.48 + VAT

HGV 4 or more axle:
Test fee = £98.48 + VAT
Pit fee = £50 
Total = £148.48 + VAT

PSV:
Test fee = £62.48 + VAT
Pit fee = £65 
Total = £127.48 + VAT

Trailer:
Test fee = £32.48 + VAT
Pit fee = £35 
Total = £67.48 + VAT

Extras:

Pre mot test inspection
= £120 + VAT

Brake Test (including hire of weights)
= £28 per axle + £25 for use of weights + VAT

Brake Test (not including hire of weights)
= £28 per axle + VAT

Pressure wash inspection (standard clean)
= £120 + VAT
