Allocation of places

The National Offer Days are as follows:

• Secondary - 2 March 2026
• Primary - 16 April 2026

If you applied online, log into your account to find out whether your child has been offered a place.

• You can accept or decline the place online
• If the place offered is not your first or second preference school, you will receive a letter which explains why it has not been possible to offer a place
• The letter will also explain about your right of appeal
• If you submitted a paper application form, a letter will be posted second class on the National Offer Day
• If your application was received after the closing date, you will NOT receive notification on the relevant Offer Day
• Late applications will be processed at a later date and you will be notified by letter
