Planned System Maintenance - Limited Service

Sunderland City Council will be carrying out planned system maintenance from 12 noon on Friday 5th June until 7am on Tuesday 9th June. During this period, we will only be able to respond to urgent enquiries. If your enquiry is not urgent, please contact us before or after these times when full services will be available. Neighbourhood Investment Plans

The five Sunderland Neighbourhood Investment Plans which cover North, East and West Sunderland, Coalfields and Washington have been written in consultation with residents and partners from across the city. These plans have been developed to demonstrate a commitment to real change and investment within our Neighbourhoods, across all partnerships to create solutions, alongside residents which will improve local areas.

The five plans were approved by Cabinet on 24 March 2020. The plans will be supported by Neighbourhood Delivery Plans and an Activity Tracker, which will be held online for all residents to view.

We continue to engage and consult with residents through Let's Talk Sunderland to finalise the delivery plans, as the city endeavours to move forward through the Covid-19 pandemic and develop a pledge with residents and partners to continue to invest and improve our neighbourhoods - together.
