Strewing of cremated remains
Strewing (scattering) of cremated remains is available on the garden of remembrance located within the grounds of Sunderland Crematorium.
On the day of the service, a member of the Bereavement Team will transfer the cremated remains into our strewing urn. The cremated remains will then be strewn by a Bereavement Services technician, or a member of the family can strew the remains if desired.
Following completion of the form below, a member of Bereavement Services will contact you to arrange a date and time for the service to take place.
