Questions that have been accepted will be published on the Council's website. No person/organisation may submit more than one question to any one meeting. If the Chief Executive considers that the number of questions received cannot all be answered within 30 minutes, he/she will consult the Mayor and select those which are to be put to the meeting. Written answers will be sent within 5 working days of the meeting in respect of those questions which cannot be dealt with due to lack of time. The Mayor will determine the order of the questions and may group together similar questions.
