Wellness Walking
Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Sunderland is a fun, FREE and friendly programme of weekly volunteer led walks that take place in the City of Sunderland.
Our walks happen every week, throughout the year, taking advantage of Sunderland's outstanding coast, parks and green spaces. They offer the perfect opportunity to get outside, get active and meet new people.
We've been running since 2010 and we've enabled thousands of the city's residents to get outdoors and get moving to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
Walks last between 30 and 90 minutes.
