There is strong evidence that being active and taking part in regular exercise can have a positive impact on both our physical and mental wellbeing. Participating in sport and physical activity can also help us to socialise, make new friends and importantly have fun!
To help us develop our activity programme and create new opportunities to be active, we'd like to know what type of activities and sports people in Sunderland enjoy doing.
