Grass, trees or plants
We are responsible for the maintenance of grass, trees, plants and water features in public areas. All grassed areas are regularly maintained between April to October.

Other maintenance is carried out at suitable times of the year, for example, weed killing begins in April, shrub maintenance throughout the winter months and hedge pruning out of nesting season.
We will only take additional requests if trees, hedges or shrubs are causing a nuisance or obstruction or if we have missed scheduled maintenance.
Once received your request will be assessed and prioritised by one of our managers.
