Warm Homes Fund

Sunderland City Council's Warm Home Fund (WHF) programme is working with Citizens Advice Sunderland, Green Doctors, and installation contractor 0800 Repair to help eligible households reduce their electric heating costs.   

Subject to eligibility up to 135 privately owned or rented households in Sunderland could benefit from a fully-funded Air Source Heat Pump which provides low carbon, high-efficiency central heating and hot water.

Under certain circumstances a limited number of households may be able to choose gas central heating instead of a heat pump.
