The centre offers 24 hours access to units with administrative and technical support being available Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

Licence holders benefit from access to fully equipped metalwork and woodwork machine shops as well as spray areas, which reduce the amount a capital outlay that new businesses may have to undertake.

In addition, the centre has variety of meeting rooms which are ideal for conferences, training sessions, business meetings etc.  The rooms offer a comfortable, well equipped environment and are available for business and community hire.
