Licence holders benefit from access to fully equipped metalwork and woodwork machine shops as well as spray areas, which reduce the amount of capital outlay that new businesses may have to undertake in the first instance.

In addition, the centre has a comfortable, well equipped meeting room that is ideal for conferences, training sessions and business meetings and is available for both business and community hire.
