Any persons wishing to hold a demonstration or parade within the City should notify the Traffic, Parking and Road Safety Section of the Development and Regeneration Directorate no later than 4 weeks prior to the proposed demonstration or parade. This will ensure that the Council has sufficient time in which to consider the proposals and implement any temporary traffic restrictions that may be required in order that the parade can take place as safely as possible.
