Community Wellness Programme

Community Wellness Programme sessions incorporate state of the art Technogym® Easy Line equipment, stylishly designed and incredibly easy to use. In developing the Community Wellness Programme, opportunities have been made available to all those people who want to lose weight, improve their health and wellness by means of regular exercise, yet are intimidated or dissatisfied by traditional gyms.  Easy Line equipment makes Wellness simple and achievable for all. 

Sessions are delivered by a specially employed Community Wellness Coach who is on hand at each venue to deliver sessions and offer advice on a range of issues, enabling people to improve their health and well being. Other sessions are delivered by existing staff within each community group who have been trained to deliver Easyline sessions.
