Washington Millennium Centre Electronic Village Hall is a facility offering free access to a range of ICT equipment and resources. It is based in the library area of Washington Millennium Centre, which opened in the summer of 1998 to provide the local community with access to a range of sports and leisure opportunities.  

Washington Millennium Centre Electronic Village Hall offers: 

• Free access to 7 multimedia PCs with Microsoft Office software and networked CD-ROMs 
• Free access to the Internet and e-mail
• Fax and photocopying facilities
• Networked colour and black and white printing for a small fees
