Glass

Glass bottles and jars

Glass should be rinsed if possible

Tops should be removed before recycling

No window panes, windscreens, broken glass, pyrex or cookware, light bulbs or spectacles

No plastic or metal caps, lids or bottle tops

No crockery or other ceramics

Cans

Steel and Aluminium food and drinks cans – rinsed and flattened if possible

Empty metal aerosols (not squashed)
