Paper should be placed at the bottom, with the glass and squashed cans on top. 
This will reduce the chance of items being blown out of the box by strong winds.

You should only recycle items listed in the leaflet and on your box.

Unlisted items will be left in the box

If you have more paper, glass or cans than will fit into the box, please just put them next to the recycling box in a carrier bag. 
If you regularly have extra paper, glass or cans please contact the helpline for advice.

What Happens Next?
Materials are sorted into the collection vehicle and taken to a depot where they are bulked up for distribution to re-processors, for recycling around the country
