Planning and building control

We are undertaking some planned maintenance on council systems on Sunday 24 September 2017.

This may result in the council's website and associated services being unavailable for short periods during the day.

Whilst we anticipate the disruption will be small, we recommend that you complete any important transactions in advance of Sunday in order to avoid the small chance of disconnection during your use of the website or associated services.

Any representations in this time should be forwarded to dc@sunderland.gov.uk

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
