Alternatively, you can drop in to one of our Customer Service Centres where you can speak to one of our trained advisers face-to-face. We have Customer Service Centres in locations across the city.

In our City Centre Customer Service Centre, we offer specialist Housing and Council Tax Benefit advice and information as well as advice and information on a wide range of Council Services. You can also purchase Radar Keys and Commercial Waste sacks.
