Community Help Booklet We knew we'd hit on a winner when we produced our popular Community Help information and advice file - more than 50 community organisations are now using it as a tool. Things have moved on since it was produced in 2004 so we have worked with Sunderland Centre for Voluntary Service and updated it. It will go out to a wider audience to help build the capacity of the City.

The booklet is packed with important information to help effective management and governance. It also shows what support is available across the city, gives information on legal requirements and identifies funding streams.

Community Life Magazine

Thanks to funding from the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund through the Sunderland Partnership we were fortunate to produce a Community Life magazine for each of the 6 regeneration areas of Sunderland, along with a Community Development in Sunderland magazine which gives an update on Community Development across the City.

Community Life in Partnership Thanks to funding provided by One North East through the Sunderland Partnership we were fortunate to produce a Community Life in Partnership Magazine giving details of news and information from across the City including the City's Digital Challenge Bid, Wearside First Credit Union, Forums across the City and even volunteers out in the streets of Easington Lane dressed as Strawberries - It's all in the line of Duty!
