Our service deals with the receipt and accounting for all types of income.

Our Standards of Service are;
  • We will deal with customers in a courteous and helpful manner
  • We have trained our staff in customer care and supervise new staff while they are in training
  • We aim to serve 95% of customers within three minutes
  • We aim to answer the telephone within six rings
  • If we need to write to a customer, the letter will be courteous and will be sent within ten working days of the customer contacting us
  • We aim to deal with payments by post within one working day of receipt
  • We will publish details on how we perform against these standards and give reasons if they are not met

  • Percentage of Customers served within three minutes - 100%
  • Percentage of Post processed within one day - 82.8%
  • Total number of transactions processed - 161744

  • Percentage of Customers served within three minutes - 100%
  • Percentage of Post processed within one day - 79.3%
  • Total number of transactions processed - 130287
