School performance and development

The city is committed to the highest standards of performance and development in its schools. Performance and assessment reports help schools look at their strengths and weaknesses, compare their performance with other schools and develop plans to raise their standards.

National Curriculum requirements are changing.  The latest information is published on DfES  and OCA  sites.

The Education Single Plan ( 667kb) describes our aims, objectives and targets.

The Department for Education and Skills (DfES) publish the school performance tables.  These can be viewed at http://www.dcsf.gov.uk/performancetables/  Information can be obtained from this site on school performance back to 1994.  You can also order paper versions of the tables.
