Enabling children and young people to make a positive contribution is the fourth outcome of the Every Child Matters Change for Children.

Children and young people in Sunderland want to be able to join in.

This means getting involved in making important decisions and being confident about coping with life. It means staying out of trouble and not breaking the law. |It also means caring about the environment and their community, and having ideas for making it better.

Children's Services provide the following services to enable children and young people to make a positive contribution.
