To be healthy is the first outcome of the Every Child Matters Change for Children.

Children and young people in Sunderland want to be healthy.

This means being physically, mentally and sexually healthy. It means enjoying sport and exercise and being a healthy weight. It also means getting good family health services and not doing alcohol, drugs or smoking.
