Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA)

The City Council has previously asked for suggestions to be put forward for new areas of land which, in your opinion are suitable for housing development. The City Council is now providing a final opportunity for you to provide any new
suggestions to be submitted, please do not re-submit your previous suggestions, these have already been included into the SHLAA database. Only sites of 0.4 hectares or over, or for 10 or more dwellings should be submitted. From these suggestions a final
list of potential sites will be compiled and their suitability for housing assessed.

Should you wish to suggest more than one site for consideration, a separate from and map must be returned for each one, extra forms can be downloaded using the following form.
