LDF - Local Development Scheme

Introduction

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the timetable for the documents that the council will be producing as part of the Local Development Framework.  It provides a starting point to see what documentation will be produced and at what stage people can become involved in the Local Development Framework process, and illustrates when documents would be submitted to the Secretary of State and the timescale for adoption.

The Council has reviewed and edited the 2005 LDS to take into account new and emerging documents, the 2007 LDS is available for download. Local Development Scheme 2007 ( pdf 1.5mb).
