LDF - Annual Monitoring Report

Introduction

The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 requires every local planning authority to produce an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR), this should contain information on the implementation of the Local Development Scheme (LDS) and the extent to which the Policies set out in Development Plan Documents (DPD's) are being achieved.
