LDF - Housing Allocations Development Plan Document (HADPD) |
|
Housing is maybe the most important planning issue at the moment, on a local, regional and national scale.
Sunderland has seen a population decline over recent years and we need to aim
to make it a more desirable place to live in order to retain the residents we
already have but also to attract new residents from out of the city. The consultation period for the Issues and Options document ended on the 10th February 2008, comments received are now being considered to help assist in formulating the Preferred Option for the HADPD. The Preferred Option stage of the document is programmed for consultation October - November 2008. LDF Housing Allocations DPD
