What we will do on receipt of a complaint

All complaints are registered onto a computer database.  This database is available only to members of staff and is not open for public viewing.

We aim to make a site inspection to investigate your complaint within 10 working days of receipt and aim to respond in writing to you within 15 working days.  You will be informed of the Council's conclusions and any action the Council has or may intend to take.
