PLANNING ENFORCEMENT
Planning Development Control is a process
which regulates the development and use of land. It involves the
consideration of planning applications, the monitoring of development as
it takes place, and enforcement action where breaches of planning
control have occurred.
A dedicated team is responsible for the enforcement of planning control
which includes investigation of possible breaches of planning control
and instigating any enforcement action in respect to unauthorised
development. The team is also responsible for the maintenance, reviewing
and enforcement of tree preservation
orders.
Submit an online breach of Planning Permission.
