Customer Service Centre Sandhill

• Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 5.00 pm.

The Sandhill Customer Service Centre opened in March 2007 on the site of the existing library.

In addition to handling general enquiries Customer Service Advisors can give information and advice covering a wide range of Council services.

These include:

• Housing and Council Tax Benefits

• Council Tax Enquiries

• Children’s Information Service

• Environmental Services - Refuse and recycling collections

• Development Control

• Ask Recruitment

• Library Service

Appointments can also be booked for

• The Homeless Unit - Monday to Friday

• CAB Debt Advice - Monday and Wednesday

• DWP Pension Service - Monday to Friday
