 Diversity and Inclusion

What is diversity, equality, inclusion and cohesion.

Although they are used interchangeably, these words often describe aspects of equality work. In principle they refer to the idea of treating people fairly, making sure the needs of individuals are understood and met, differences are valued and people feel that they are respected and included within their community and wider society.
