& Scrutiny Handbook ( The Health and Well-Being Review Committee has the responsibility for acting as community advocate in relation to the scrutiny of local health services. Flexibility is also available for the addition of items to committee agendas through requests from Members of the committee or members of Council, the call-in of decisions and other matters arising from previously considered topics.
