The Specialist Social Care Team provides services for people affected by HIV/AIDS. The team provides information, assessment and care services for individuals who may be, or are infected with HIV/AIDS, their carers, family members and significant others. The care that can be provided includes access to the full range of Health, Housing and Adult services provision that can be given. How can this service help you?
There are a number of organisations in the city who can provide information, support and advice to people with HIV/AIDS, including their family or carers.
