These records show all of the Executive Decisions
published within the last five working days by either
the Cabinet, a Joint Committee, an Area Committee or an
individual Member or Officer of the Council. The record
identifies the decision taker and includes the date the
decision was made, a description of the decision and the
reasons for making it, together with any alternative options
which were considered and rejected. The date the decision
will be in force and the name of a contact Officer is
also shown.
The record also identifies those Executive Decisions which
are also "Key Decisions" and which, under our Constitution,
may be called-in by the appropriate Review Committee.
Key Decisions must not be implemented until a period of
five days from publication has elapsed or until the call
in process is concluded.
Future Key Decisions to be made can be found in the Council's
Forward Plan.
